boundary is adjacent to the City of Kechi.

portion of Sedgwick County.

Town Centre will be a highly efficient,
pedestrian-oriented, mixed community containing
office and retail space along with apartment
homes and single family homes.
The
Town Centre project will feature angled and
parallel parking, attractive open spaces, and a
traditional street grid system with residential
and mixed-use buildings oriented toward the
streets and parking located behind the
buildings. Extensive social programs and
events will help establish the project as the
community's center.
A
collaborative design and development team will
incorporate appealing design elements of older
downtowns within a format that would be
successful for today's retailers, residents, and
office workers. The team anticipates
solving the sometimes conflicting issues of
residential and commercial accessibility through
innovative design.
